There are many ideas and methods bandied around out there, but what if you do not have a wealth of money or time? What if you’re not an Olympic athlete?
We are a thirty something couple with three children, full time jobs and generally busy lives. If we can introduce simple daily habits in to our lives to offer a health or happiness benefit – anyone can.
Over the next six weeks we will be testing out daily routines and habits and reporting back with daily updates and a round up at the end of the week to help determine whether these methods are of value and ultimately -helpful or hokum!
